BOMSS wish to remind those with Post-Graduate Trainee in UK and Ireland membership with BOMSS that a £30 membership fee was introduced for the 2022 – 2023 membership year. Should you wish to retain your Post-Graduate Trainee with BOMSS, please be reminded that you will need to setup a direct debit for your membership payment. Please find a link to do this below.
Please note that the grace period for membership renewals will finish on 1st January 2023, and your membership with BOMSS with cease if your direct debit is not set up by this date.
We believe that our membership fees represent excellent value for money including affiliate membership of IFSO with online access to obesity surgery, access to educational events, reduced fees for attending our annual scientific meeting as well as access to information regarding fellowships and a network of established and trainee bariatric surgeons. The reason for introduction of a membership fee relates to costs of your affiliate membership of IFSO and equity amongst our integrated healthcare professional members, all of whom pay a membership fee.
